Ice skating lessons

We run group ice skating lessons for all ages from 6 to 66, perfect for kids and adults. Our lessons run on a level by level basis with every skater starting on level 1 and progressing through the levels as the coach see’s fit. Making sure lessons are safe and fun for everyone. Lessons are run in mixed groups of all ages for upto 15 skaters at a time great for making friends and having a good time on the ice!

Lessons are run in six week courses, half an hour per lesson, including skate hire. £36 for 6 weeks! Amazing value so get your skates on and book yourself onto our lessons now!

The majority of lessons run on Tuesday nights, with levels 2, 3 and 4+ being run on Tuesdays.

Syllabus

Level 1 – Ice Safety | Getting used to the ice | Stepping in a circle on the ice | Walking on the ice | Skating forwards | Half snow plough stop

Level 2 – All of Level 1 | Skating foward with glides | Moving backwards | Full snow plough stop | Two foot glides | Forward lemons

Level 3 – All of Level 1 + 2 | Skating backwards with glides | Backwards lemons | One foot glides on each foot | Forward two foot jump
