Refunds Policy

The customer has a right to cancel their booking within seven days of making a booking with Malvern Laser Bowl Limited. Bookings can only be cancelled at least 48 hours before the event. Their payment will be returned via a credit made to the card they used for the booking or by company cheque if they paid in cash. This can be collected or posted to the customer. Any cancellations made without 48hour notice are non-refundable.
