Important Notice Regarding Arrival Time

  • All customers are required to arrive 15 minutes before their activity is due to start.

  • If customers are late for Ice Skating they will miss skating time and no additional time can be added on as we have set sessions.

  • If customer are late for Laser Quest - the games may have already started, this will mean game time would have been missed, if games are full around the time of the booking we would not be able to move you.

  • If customers are late for Escape Rooms - games hosts can reduce the esacpe time to ensure we are not late for future bookings. If customers are more than 30 minutes late the rooms can be cancelled with no refund.

General Terms & Conditions

  • At all times children are the responsibility of the supervising adult / guardian. Ice Quest does not provide services of supervision to children using the centre. 

  • Staff members are present to ensure the correct use of the Laser Quest equipment, access first aid facilities and to implement the centre rules for Ice Skating, Laser Quest & Escape Rooms.

  • We cannot guarantee to accommodate extra players without being given prior notice. Increasing numbers is subject to availability.

  • No food or drinks to be brought onto the premisis unless purchased from Ice Quest.

  • Use of foul and abusive language is prohibited.

  • Threatening, rude or intimidating behaviour towards any of our staff or customers will not be tolerated, and will be reported to the police.

  • Anyone deemed to be under the influence of intoxicating beverages or illegal substances will be refused entry to the centre.

  • The company does not accept responsibility or liability for lost or damaged possessions.

  • All players/skaters participate at their own risk. The company does not accept liability for loss or injury of any nature caused through misuse of Laser Quest equipment, lack of parental supervision or failure to comply with the Centre Rules.  The company reserves all rights to admission.

  • The company reserves the right to alter times, attractions and prices without notification - if a deposit has been made for an agreed price this price will be upheld. 

  • The Laser Quest, Ice Skating and Escape Rooms can have flashing flights, maybe dark and has music - please speak to a member of staff prior to arriving at the center if you have any concerns.

  • General public games are open to players of all ages and abilities.

  • Roxa Ice Skates - our in house skates are used by most Ice Rinks across the world, we sharpens these skates to a recreational standard, this is for the safety of the general public. Professional skaters have their skates extremley sharp for the skills they need to perform. This increases the danger for recreational users - our skaters are sharpened to a 'medium standard'.

  • You are more than welcome to bring your own skates - this does not change the price. 

  • The breaks within the Laser Quest games can vary depending on timings and bookings.

Ice Skating Lessons 

  • Once you have signed up and made payment for the lessons this is non-refundable. 

  • We always suggest coming to skate prior to signing up to the lessons to ensure it is right for you.

  • The lessons are group lessons of up to 24 skaters - always with 2 coaches.

Refund & Cancellation 

  • No refunds will be given for lateness - flexibility around bookings is not guarentted. 

  • No refunds will be given if the activity is not suitbale - eg the laser quest pack being to big. 

  • The deposit paid to secure the booking is non-refundable.

  • No Refunds are given for incorrect bookings - these can only be moved to a different time or date.

  • Final numbers are required one week before the booking, if payment is being taken on the day it is for the agreed final numbers made (no decrease on the day)

  • 7 days notice is needed to change the dates of a party package booking - this will then be valid for 3 months

  • If you require to cancel your booking the deposit is non-refundable.

  • There are no refunds provided for any no shows within the group. 

  • All refund's and cancellations are dealt with by directors not staff members. 


  • VIP's - are customers that sign up to our offer emails, these can be used as a single offer and not with any other offers.

  • They require booking in advance.

  • Our staff can deny any offers to be used at the door - pre booking is essential.
